Deanna Spear-Yumul
Head Yoga Instructor
Deanna started her yoga journey shortly after becoming a new mom. She struggled with anxiety for years and began suffering from anxiety attacks while pregnant with her daughter. Devoting time to her mat allowed her to overcome the symptoms brought on by anxiety while learning different ways to calm the mind and body. In February 2018 she completed her 200 hour teacher training through Chicago School of Yoga. With a background in dance, Deanna brings a firm understanding of the human body and how to easily modify postures, allowing yoga to be accessible to all. She believes yoga is for everyone and can serve at any age and with any body type. The phrase, “Fearlessly be yourself” holds a lot of meaning for Deanna. She believes with the right mind set anyone can possess this embodied confidence.
In her classes you can expect a relaxed and welcoming safe space with zero judgement and good vibes.

Amanda May-Fitzgerald
Amanda is Owner/operator of Wild At Heart Botanicals found her passion for the natural world and its gifts as a young child growing up in Utah. She moved regularly as she grew, and everywhere she went from the Rocky Mountains to the Appalachian and Black Hills, the Outer Banks, and the Rainforests of Washington State, she always felt at home in nature. Today she uses her education from American College of Healthcare Sciences and her clinical Aromatherapy Registration with the Aromatherapy Registration Council to create the handcrafted organic products Wild At Heart Botanicals offers. She forms relationships with other handcrafters who share her vision and recognize our responsibility to create sustainable options for consumers so future generations may continue “Bringing Nature Home”. She pulls from her experiences and struggles with autoimmune disease, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, and PTSD, to create her products and keeps those who similarly suffer in mind during product development. She writes, teaches, and consults on essential oil use and production.
