In addition to therapy, for individual, couples and families, we offer wellness services that may benefit you or someone you know. You do not have to be a current client at our center to benefit from one or more of the services we offer.

When time is short and stress is abundant, taking a moment for yourself can seem self-indulgent and low on the priority scale. Research shows us that having a routine of self-care and self-compassion can reduce psychological and physical symptoms and make it easier to deal with stressful situations.
