Pat is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a National Certified Counselor.
Pat believes that therapy strives to establish a supportive and trusting environment to help clients acquire skills needed to achieve their goals and build upon their strengths across the life span.
Pat has over 25 years of clinical experience working with clients of all ages who are dealing with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, divorce, ADHD, life span changes, and geriatric issues. She provides parenting strategies and support. Pat tailors her treatment plan to accommodate the needs of her clients through using Client-Centered, Adlerian, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.
Pat is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American School Counseling Association. Pat received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Chicago State University and a Master of Art in School Counseling from Governor State University. She ahas extensive experience working in an elementary school setting supporting students, teachers and parents.
