
Danielle is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).
Danielle has worked in a variety of settings over the past 15+ years as a strengths-based therapist. She finds that a person’s willingness and curiosity to develop a deeper understanding of themself along with a commitment to learn new skills, can lead to deep transformation. Her goal as your therapist, is to meet you where you are in your life’ challenge and to assist and encourage you to take action steps in building self-acceptance and self awareness. As your self-awareness grows, so does your ability to cope with the full spectrum of life circumstances. As a result, you will feel more confident and empowered to improve and change the quality of your life.
Danielle believes that when you are able to understand yourself better, you are then able to take responsibility for your actions, behavior, goals and desires. It is her hope that you will experience more joy, self-acceptance and meaning in your life as a result of committing to your personal healing journey.

Danielle creates meaning in her life through raising her daughter, practicing yoga, meditation, being outdoors, dancing and connecting with family and friends. She received a BA in Psychology & Spanish from Sonoma State University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, with an emphasis on Marriage and Family.
