Danielle is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).
She has worked in a variety of settings over the past 10+ years as a strengths-based therapist. She finds that talk therapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness and energy work supports individual transformation. She encourages the use of these elements in therapy because they have a profound role in developing deep self-awareness. Her goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are in your life and to assist in building self-acceptance and insight. As your self-awareness grows, so does your ability to feel empowered and take responsibility for the quality of your life. As a result, it is her hope that you will experience more joy and meaning as you get to know yourself better.
Danielle is interested in working with women who are experiencing challenges with:
- Grief and loss
- Post-natal identity
- Pre-marital anxiety
- Mindfulness practices
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Narrative therapy
- Internal Family Systems
- Energy work
Her heartfelt message to you is….The most important relationship you will ever cultivate is the one with yourself because there is no substitute for your true presence in the world. Danielle’s Website
