Danielle is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).
Danielle has worked in a variety of settings over the past 10+ years as a strengths-based therapist. She finds that a person’s willingness to develop a deeper understanding of themself, combined with a commitment to learn new skills, and the courage to apply small daily action, can lead to deep transformation. Her goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are in your life and to assist you in building self-acceptance and insight. As your self-awareness grows, so does your ability to cope with the full spectrum of life circumstances. Danielle believes that when you are able to understand yourself better you are then able to take responsibility for the quality of your life. It is her hope that you will experience more joy, self-acceptance and meaning in your life as a result.
Danielle is interested in working with women who are experiencing challenges with:
- Grief and loss
- Post-natal identity
- Pre-marital anxiety
- Mindfulness practices
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Her heartfelt message to you is….The most important relationship you will ever cultivate is the one with yourself because it deeply affects every area of your life whether you are aware of it or not and in all honesty, you can’t change anything you are not aware of. Danielle’s Website
